🚀 We’re Hiring: UK Sales Manager – Power Transmission | UK
📍 Based in Wolverhampton | Covering the whole of the UK
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious UK Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the next stage of growth across the UK. We specialise in power transmission products, including motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings and associated components, supplying customers across a wide range of industrial sectors. This is a hands-on, commercially focused sales role with responsibility for both developing our existing customer base and winning new business.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of growing sales across the UK by:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and product penetration within existing accounts
- Developing long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers
- Proactively identifying and approaching new customers
- Generating new business and developing a strong sales pipeline
- Visiting customers throughout the UK to understand their requirements and identify opportunities
- Promoting our range of motors, gearboxes, chain, bearings and other power transmission products
- Preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms and converting opportunities into sales
- Following up leads and opportunities through to completion
- Working closely with our internal sales and technical teams to provide the right solutions for customers
- Monitoring sales activity, pipeline and performance against targets
- Helping shape and implement our UK sales strategy

About You
We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and genuinely enjoys selling. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within power transmission, mechanical engineering, industrial products or a related sector
- A strong understanding of products such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains or mechanical power transmission
- Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts
- A proven ability to identify and win new business
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A confident and professional approach to customer visits and negotiations
- The drive to develop opportunities rather than simply manage incoming enquiries
- Good commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
- The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
