Job Title: UK Sales Manager
Report to: CEO
Position / Hours: Permanent full time, 40 hours per week
OTE: £85,000 - £105,000pa
Location: This is a UK wide role, ideally the candidate will be living within the Midlands.

DRAX Fitness UK has one of the most comprehensive collections of both indoor and outdoor fitness equipment in the UK and the most advanced AI sports science club solutions in the world. They are also long-term partners of premium U.S strength brand Hoist Fitness.
DRAX Fitness UK are currently looking to recruit a UK sales manager to cover the UK.
Job Description
This is a full-time remote role ideally based centrally in the Midlands, delivering agreed sales revenue and long-term value for their clients within the UK.
- Supporting the CEO in developing sales, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, growing the company's reputation within the fitness industry and proactively selling all the company’s brands, products and services.
- For the right candidate there are excellent opportunities for progression to senior positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and manage new sales opportunities within the UK sales territory
- Schedule and attend in-person client visits and meetings
- Prepare and deliver client quotes and proposals
- Carry out site surveys and consult with clients in the design and delivery of 2D and 3D facility designs
- Be a trusted advisor to clients
- Manage their sales pipeline
- Attend regional showrooms and show sites with clients
- Attend trade events within the UK, Europe, and South Korea
- Qualify regional tenders and projects
- Attend regular regional client meetings with the CEO
- Attend quarterly sales meetings and product training days
- Advise the CEO on any new product development requirements
- Keep up to date with current market trends, stay updated on competitor activity
Minimum Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years field-based sales experience within the mainstream fitness industry.
- Have a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets of over £1m selling cardio, strength, and functional fitness equipment.
- Have a substantial contact list from previous roles within the Fitness Industry, across the UK’s independent gyms, public, private, educational, corporate, and hospitality clients.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective long-term relationships.
- The ability to travel a minimum of four days a week within the UK.
- Computer literate with MacOS and MS software packages.
- Have a full UK Driving License.
- Candidates will need the ability to hold a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Certificate for school and government facility visits.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience of working within a small high-performing team.
- A solid understanding of Kinesiology (Biomechanics and the human body).
Package:
- Starting salary: £55,000pa with an annual salary review
- Generous, uncapped sales commission structure
- Annual bonus based on company performance
- First year OTE: £85,000 - £105,000pa
