The Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Manager to own the success of a portfolio of accounts, fuelling client growth through bespoke, market-leading channel strategies on some of our largest clients, while managing and developing junior team members working under them.

This role requires building strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering team development. You'll be trusted to lead on strategy independently, with clients viewing you as a genuine strategic partner rather than a day-to-day contact.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning accounts end-to-end, driving both client growth and team development, and shaping how our channel proposition evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships

  • Own and build long-lasting relationships with key client contacts, with the client viewing you as a trusted partner and a reason to continue working with Incubeta
  • Ensure clients receive proactive updates on performance, actions, and strategy to support account growth
  • Manage communications within your area of responsibility, ensuring they are in line with client needs and add value
  • Confidently and clearly communicate strategic outcomes, insights, and recommendations in calls and meetings, highlighting current and future plans and their value
  • Act as a point of escalation for client queries or issues, including on smaller accounts sitting within your team
  • Immerse yourself in the business on key clients, with a strong understanding of their business, priorities, competitors, and product

Account Management & Strategy

  • Ensure the setup, implementation, and ongoing management of campaigns and budgets is to a high standard, aligned with best practices and meeting client goals
  • Implement and follow QA processes to ensure high-quality execution
  • Ensure the rollout of our proposition across accounts, including effective use of our proprietary technology
  • Complete forecasts for existing clients as accurately as possible, utilising templates and all available data sources
  • Ensure there is a clear, forward-looking strategic plan in place within your remit on accounts, aligned with client size, goals, and long-term growth
  • Independently own channel strategy on your accounts with no input required from Client Directors
  • Proactively roll out new tests and ideas to improve performance, effectively analysing and communicating conclusions and next steps
  • Independently and successfully manage large client projects within your remit
  • Drive the improvement and development of our channel proposition, best practices, and team processes
  • Support our external brand through marketing collateral
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of platform, industry, or wider digital marketing changes that may impact activity, proactively feeding these back to clients and into strategy
  • Ensure smaller accounts owned by direct reports are managed to a high standard, achieving performance goals and maximising GP
  • Support client satisfaction across all Incubeta services on small and medium accounts
  • Where no Client Director is present, confidently lead on overall account strategy, ensuring client satisfaction across all Incubeta services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
