A note before you apply: We're not actively hiring for this role today, but we're building relationships ahead of upcoming client work. If your background fits, we'd like to start a conversation now so we're ready to move when a project lands!
Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.
We're actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We're looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.
The Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you lead complex campaign orchestration and multi-channel engagement strategies from requirements through design, build, and handoff. You push the boundaries of what's possible within Braze—advanced Canvas flows, Connected Content, Liquid looping, advanced Catalogs—while also thinking about what the client needs next. You bring a point of view to every conversation, and collaborate with project managers to drive overall customer success. Campaign management is your core, but you're operating at a level where clients see you as a strategic advisor, not just a builder.
Who You Are
First and foremost, you're motivated by impact. To be the best CRM consultancy in the world, we have to be motivated by performance—both in how our work drives outcomes for our customers, and for how our work drives outcomes for Stitch.
This means you're not content with status quo—you're always looking towards what's next and seeking opportunities to grow yourself, grow our customers, and grow Stitch. You have relentless standards and uphold them unapologetically. You move nimbly, take ownership, drive things forward, and make the people around you better. If this sounds like you, you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end solution design for complex campaign management engagements: multi-channel Canvas orchestrations, advanced segmentation, lifecycle program architecture
- Design and implement advanced Braze capabilities: Catalogs for dynamic content and translations, Connected Content, Liquid looping and conditional logic, Segment Extensions, Event Property Segmentation, In-App Games
- Own data model design—custom attributes, events, purchase tracking—optimized for usability, performance, and scalability
- Build and troubleshoot API integrations, webhook implementations, Data Transformations, and CDI connections
- Lead requirements gathering and create solution design documentation including technical design charts. Generate end-user guides
- Adapt Stitch's solutioning methodology to client constraints (timeline, tech debt, team capability) and document deviations
- Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
