Sunstice is looking for a Senior Presales Solution Consultant. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales to shape, position, and support customer engagements end-to-end translating complex business challenges into compelling, customer-centric value-driven solutions.
We are seeking a commercially aware and strong collaborative professional who can create momentum in complex sales cycles, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to the development of presales assets, to demonstrate how the Sunstice platform enables better and faster decisions under uncertainty.
The Role
As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping prospective customers understand how Sunstice can transform the way they plan and make decisions today. Based in the UK and embedded in a global presales organization, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, R&D, Professional services, and Marketing teams across regions.

You will combine business understanding, solution storytelling, and deep Supply Chain planning expertise to demonstrate how Sunstice addresses today’s most complex supply chain planning challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals through discovery, demos, and workshops
- Design and deliver compelling, value-driven solution demonstrations aligned to customer challenges
- Translate business objectives into integrated SCP, IBP, and RGM solution narratives
- Position Sunstice’s Structured Agility™ and intelligent optimization capabilities with credibility and clarity
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with global presales, product, and delivery teams to ensure consistency and best practices
- Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management and leadership
- Support presales enablement, asset development, and industry thought leadership

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or supply chain planning within enterprise B2B environments
- Strong domain knowledge across Supply Chain Planning, IBP, S&OP/S&OE, and/or Revenue Growth Management and Detailed Scheduling
- Ability to connect business strategy, planning processes, and technology into clear value propositions
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills from planner to C-suite level
- Solid understanding of optimization principles, trade-offs, and constraints, with comfort in complex global teams
- Customer-centric, outcome-driven mindset; structured yet agile, collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about planning as a performance driver
