UK Settlements Analyst - London

Overview Of What You Will Do
- Validate and confirm transactions across various commodity markets and trading counterparties
- Prepare and validate commodity invoices and associated fees
- Manage daily cash margining processes with trading counterparties
- Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to financial and trading reporting for various business units
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes with clear audit trails

What You Will Bring To The Role
- At least 2 years of experience in a Back Office environment within the UK/European energy industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, with coding skills (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL, Power BI) considered favorably
- Experience with ETRM systems for the energy industry, such as Orchestrade (OT), is a plus
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work without direct supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Clear and confident communication style with a customer focus
- Adaptable to change and able to work effectively in a small team environment
