Our Internship

Our eight-week Summer Internship Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a true insight into life at Baringa. Over the course of the programme, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and specialists on real projects, develop valuable skills through tailored learning opportunities, and build connections across the business. Whether you’re exploring your career options or looking to kick-start your professional journey, our internship offers a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and make an impact.

Supply Chain & Procurement

The SCP team helps organisations tackle complex challenges across their supply chains, procurement functions, and commercial operations. Working with clients across the public and private sectors, we help organisations navigate an increasingly uncertain world, responding to challenges such as cost pressures, supply chain disruption, changing customer expectations, and rapid technological change.

As part of SCP, you'll work on a diverse range of projects spanning supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, commercial advisory, logistics, and technology-enabled change, as part of either our Supply Chain or Procurement & Commercial practice. Our teams combine analytical thinking, practical problem-solving, and deep industry expertise to help clients create efficient, resilient, and sustainable organisations that deliver lasting value.

Data & AI

Expertly applied, data and AI empower you to operate smarter, innovate faster, and compete harder. Digital & Technology

  • Critical Technology Programme Recovery, stabilising major programmes when the stakes are highest;
  • Platform Enabled Transformation, guiding the big bets organisations place on ERP, CRM, cloud, and AI;
  • Scaling AI, moving capability out of pilots and into enterprise-wide advantage;
  • Digital Resilience/ Cybersecurity, protecting the value that transformation creates.

Our work spans advisory, delivery leadership, and digital risk and cyber, and we combine these capabilities with an industry-specific lens. From day one, you'll contribute directly to client deliverables, using approved digital and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work while applying the human review and judgement that responsible AI demands. You'll build relationships with clients and colleagues, keep your team informed so there are no surprises, and develop a clear understanding of how your work helps clients achieve their objectives.

Solutions & AI Labs

Our Solutions & AI Labs (SAIL) practice focuses on helping clients control their data, turn them into actionable insights, and better leverage them through the use of Machine Learning solutions directly embedded into business processes. We support clients across a number of industries and offer deep expertise in AI, ML, Cloud, and Managed Solutions. We are seeking passionate and dynamic ML engineers who are excited by building production Machine Learning solutions.

Desirable degrees: A degree in a STEM-related field is required, but degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering are preferred.

Desirable skills: Passionate about AI, machine learning, and solving real-world problems, analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborative, clear communication skills, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Applicants should be in their penultimate year of their bachelor’s or master’s Degree studies.
