Our Internship
Our eight-week Summer Internship Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a true insight into life at Baringa. Over the course of the programme, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and specialists on real projects, develop valuable skills through tailored learning opportunities, and build connections across the business. Whether you’re exploring your career options or looking to kick-start your professional journey, our internship offers a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and make an impact.

Our Financial Services Team
Our Financial Services team helps some of the world's leading banks, capital markets firms, and financial institutions solve complex challenges and deliver lasting change. Supporting clients as they navigate business transformation, regulatory change, operational improvement, and the opportunities created by data, technology, and AI.
We work on some of Financial Services' most complex and strategic priorities, partnering with clients across the sector to transform finance functions, strengthen financial crime capabilities, improve customer and business outcomes, modernise operations, and deliver large-scale business and technology change. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working side-by-side with our consultants and leading financial institutions, contributing to real projects and delivering meaningful outcomes from day one.
The Financial Services industry is undergoing significant transformation, driven by evolving customer expectations, regulatory change, digital innovation, and advances in artificial intelligence. As our Financial Services practice continues to grow, we are looking for inquisitive, motivated, and ambitious interns who are eager to learn, excited by solving complex problems, and passionate about contributing to the future of Financial Services. We welcome students from all degree disciplines, we're interested in your curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to apply your skills to real-world challenges.
Desirable skills: Tech and Data, Analytical, Curious, Innovative, Motivated and Proactive.
Requirements
- Applicants should be in their penultimate year of their bachelor’s or master’s Degree studies.
- Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK now and in the future. All applicants will be asked for proof if invited to an assessment centre. Please note we’re unable to sponsor individuals for this opportunity.
Key dates

- Assessment centres: w/c 30th November / 7th December
- Internship start: Monday 5th July 2027
- Internship end: Friday 27th August 2027
