Our Internship

Our eight-week Summer Internship Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a true insight into life at Baringa. Over the course of the programme, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and specialists on real projects, develop valuable skills through tailored learning opportunities, and build connections across the business. Whether you’re exploring your career options or looking to kick-start your professional journey, our internship offers a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and make an impact.

Technology, Media and Telecoms

We love TMT. Working at the frontiers of strategy and operations we help technology, media and telecoms (TMT) organisations lead and define the future. We team shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, bringing experienced, senior teams and deep specialism in commercial impact, the future of TMT organisations and operations, and delivering sustainable advantage.

Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences

The Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sector is undergoing rapid and transformational change. There has never been a more exciting time to work in this sector with endless opportunities to add value to the industry. Our clients are pivoting how they work as new technologies revolutionise every part of their value chain and the value they create for patients. This continues against a backdrop of rapidly rising development costs and external market access pressures. If you are excited about working alongside our clients to solve these problems, then we could be what you are looking for.

Consumer Products & Retail

Industrial Manufacturing

We partner with our Manufacturing clients to shape the future - securely, sustainably, and at scale. Our team bring expertise in industrial performance, operational resilience, and the transformation of complex manufacturing ecosystems. We work with leading manufacturers across automotive, aerospace & defence, industrial engineering and advanced manufacturing, helping them improve performance, build resilience and deliver sustainable growth through practical, hands-on transformation.

Desirable degrees: STEM degrees.

Desirable skills: Structured problem solving, Data analysis, Digital and AI literacy, Team collaboration, Personal communication, Adaptability, Proactive curiosity, Interest in Manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Applicants should be in their penultimate year of their bachelor’s or master’s Degree studies.
  • Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK now and in the future.

Key dates

  • Assessment centres: w/c 30th November / 7th December
  • Internship start: Monday 5th July 2027
  • Internship end: Friday 27th August 2027
