Who we are
At MOTH we're here for cocktails, company, and conversation. That's why we make the most delicious cocktails in a can - so that special mix can happen anywhere. Hands up - we're obsessive. Every sip delicious and distinguished. Our cocktails are classics, and our ingredients are second to none. At the same time - we're not snobbish. We don't talk in master mixologist lingo. We have no fancy bar or dress-code. And we believe in fair prices for great drinks. Because when you've got good friends and fine blends, what more do you need? Mix of total happiness. MOTH.
MOTH is one of the fastest growing FMCG brands, re-writing the rules of RTD cocktails and facing unprecedented growth. Our success is down to the work that our magic MOTHs do, we hire exceptional people to do exceptional things. Our team globally has grown to more than 60 people and we're not stopping there, we’re looking for a superstar UK Supply Planner to join the journey for an initial 4-month contract!
The role
We are seeking a UK Supply Planner to join us for an initial 4-month contract to create, manage and improve the production plan across a network of contract manufacturers, ensuring MOTH has the right stock available at the right time, in the right quantity and to the required quality standards. The role balances customer service, inventory, supplier capability, production adherence and cost by translating demand requirements into executable supply plans and proactively managing risks, constraints and changes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term production plans across assigned contract manufacturers, aligned to demand forecasts, stock targets, lead times and supply constraints.
- Convert demand and inventory requirements into clear production schedules, purchase requirements and call-out plans for external manufacturing partners.
- Monitor production adherence, identify deviations from plan and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to recover supply, minimise service risk and protect customer availability.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring clear communication of requirements, priorities, risks, changes and performance expectations.
- Review supplier capacity, material availability, production constraints and leadtime changes, escalating issues early and recommending practical recovery options.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Technical, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Operations to ensure supply plans reflect business priorities, launches, promotions, seasonal builds and portfolio changes.
- Support S&OP and operational planning routines by providing accurate supply updates, highlighting risks and opportunities, and contributing to balanced service, cost, inventory and quality decisions.
- Track stock levels, cover, ageing, obsolescence and availability risks, recommending actions to optimise inventory while maintaining service.
- Ensure planning data is accurate and maintained in relevant ERP, MRP or planning systems, including lead times, minimum order quantities, production cycles, supplier calendars and master data.
- Work with Technical and Quality teams to support quality conformance, supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement of manufacturing performance.
- Identify and deliver process improvements that increase planning accuracy, reduce manual work, improve supplier reliability and strengthen governance across the contract manufacturing network.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and action trackers covering production adherence, supplier performance, service risks, quality conformance and improvement activity.
- Product assemblies, wastage tracking & management

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
