About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth by managing enquiries, nurturing leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. You'll support customers across our key markets, including local authorities, facilities management organisations, and the leisure sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing a professional and responsive customer experience.
- Qualifying leads and proactively following up opportunities to maximise sales potential.
- Preparing accurate quotations and proposals to help secure new business.
- Striving to reach and surpass individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintaining and updating CRM records, ensuring customer interactions and opportunities are accurately captured.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- And much more—always with support, structure, and clear guidelines in place.

- Experience in the playground industry.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role.

Salary and benefits
- £28,000 base
- 4% pension
