We're looking for a Technical Braking Specialist to become the face of the PAGID brand, working closely with the LKQ Euro Car Parts Branch Network and independent workshops across the UK. Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Braking Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting workshop technicians, and promoting the benefits of PAGID's premium braking solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing expert technical support and problem-solving guidance for brake component installation and fitment issues.
  • Working alongside the LKQ Euro Car Parts Branch Network to increase PAGID brand awareness and drive product conversion.
  • Building strong relationships with workshop owners, technicians, and key stakeholders.
  • Delivering practical advice on braking best practices to improve first-time fit rates and reduce warranty claims, customer complaints, and product returns.
  • Promoting the safety, quality, performance, and OE heritage of the PAGID brand.
  • Conducting direct workshop visits to support customers and enhance the overall braking offer.
  • Training and coaching branch sales teams to improve their product knowledge and understanding of the braking market.
  • Collaborating with the Concept Sales Team to identify and develop specialist braking workshops.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to product management and wider business stakeholders.
  • Acting as a trusted technical ambassador for PAGID and LKQ Euro Car Parts.

We're seeking an automotive professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Strong automotive aftermarket or workshop experience, particularly within braking systems.
  • A solid understanding of vehicle brake diagnosis, installation, and best practice procedures.
  • Experience supporting customers, technicians, or automotive sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage workshop owners, technicians, and colleagues alike.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to influence purchasing decisions through technical expertise.
  • The willingness to travel extensively as part of a field-based role.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and improving customer outcomes.
