About the Team
The Government Relations and Public Policy team spans government affairs; policy and issue area expertise; risk mitigation and crisis management; and external outreach, coalition, and partnership-building. We strive to strengthen relationships with policymakers, think tanks, NGOs, and other influential third parties; raise awareness among key stakeholders of the work we do to protect the safety, security, and integrity of TikTok, as well as its cultural, economic, and social impact; and provide insights into policy, regulation, and political shifts to better enable the business to navigate the wider regulatory and political environment. We are seeking an administrative support professional to work across department-wide budget and operations - from forecasting and spend controls to contract management, purchase orders, invoice processing, and regular budget reporting.

Job Description
- Provides budget administrative support, including coordinating internal processes with legal, finance and procurement teams on behalf of the department
- Managing third party contracts, payments, and renewals
- Preparing purchase orders
- Reviewing invoices for payment
- Manages departmental budget including forecasting and spend controls
- Prepares accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports as requested
- Assists with the coordination of other administrative projects supporting the team's leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in administration or related field
- Strong financial numeracy and acumen; high level of proficiency in Excel
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages beneficial
