Role Description
The UK Trade Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing trade accounts across the UK. Day-to-day activities include maintaining and developing relationships with key Trade partners, ensuring exceptional account service and timely communication. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms that support volume growth and brand visibility. The Account Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze market and customer data, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings. Additional responsibilities include forecasting, reporting on account activity, coordinating with supply chain and customer service, and representing the brand with in-person customer visits or events as required.

Qualifications
- Experience in account management or sales within FMCG, food, or beverage sectors, with a focus on UK trade customers.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of the UK Trade accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration, meetings, and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Beneficial qualifications: prior experience with premium or branded products, knowledge of cheese or specialty foods, and a valid right to work in the UK.
Preferred education: relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Prepared to travel and be away from home.
