What you'll bring to the team

The UK Volume Recruitment Team is looking for a Volume Recruitment Executive to support high-volume seasonal recruitment across our UK attractions. Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, this is a great opportunity to work alongside well-known UK theme parks, resorts and attractions. This includes Alton Towers, Legoland Windsor, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, the London Eye, London Dungeons and many more!

We are looking for a person with a background in recruitment. This might be from a recruitment agency or similar in-house recruitment role. Similar roles include Seasonal Recruiter, In house Recruitment Assistant or Recruitment Resourcer.

This is hands-on role attracting and progressing candidates through to onboarding, using basic screening. You will be familiar with the full end to end recruitment cycle and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in recruitment administration and managing a busy recruitment process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
