About the Role
E.g. As Head of Product you will
- Own Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Transaction Monitoring
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product performance data to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimization.

What We Are Looking For
E.g: Tide is seeking a visionary Head of Product, Transaction Monitoring to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge solutions to combat fraud. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of at least 8 years in product management
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional product teams across multiple locations and countries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments
