UKG Pro WFM Implementation Specialist
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: 2 year Fixed term contract, Salaried
We are recruiting for a UKG Pro WFM Implementation Specialist to join our Productivity Programmes team for a 24-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimising our UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions) platform across Merlin Entertainments' attractions, resorts and support offices. Working in a highly seasonal, guest-focused business, you will help ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, supporting operational excellence and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
As the UKG Pro WFM specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and enhancing workforce management processes across scheduling, forecasting, timekeeping, absence management, labour tracking and reporting. You will partner closely with Attraction Operations, People teams, Payroll, Finance, Group Technology and external UKG support teams to optimise workforce efficiency, improve labour cost effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring and optimising UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions) modules including Scheduling, Timekeeping, Forecasting, Accruals, Absence Management, Labour Tracking and Reporting.
- Managing advanced scheduling and workforce forecasting to support labour planning across peak, shoulder and off-peak trading periods.
- Developing insightful operational and payroll reporting to support business performance and workforce planning.
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations, working time requirements and workforce management policies.
- Providing expert troubleshooting, system support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Delivering training and ongoing support to managers and business users across the organisation.
- Supporting labour budgeting, workforce analytics and productivity initiatives through effective use of workforce management data.

Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for someone with strong UKG Pro WFM expertise and a passion for workforce optimisation. To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Strong experience working with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions).
- Expertise in Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Timekeeping, Analytics, Boomi, budgeting and labour planning.
- A strong understanding of workforce operations within multi-site, shift-based and seasonal environments.
- Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling and labour compliance requirements.
- Excellent reporting and analytics capabilities, alongside strong stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage high-volume workforce data accurately and effectively.
