UKG WFM Functional Consultant

Location: London / Hybrid
Contract: Contract

We are Hiring UKG Pro Specialist who will support, maintain, and optimize workforce management processes across all retail locations. This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with HR, Operations, and Store Management teams to ensure compliance and efficient workforce planning.

Your Responsibilities:

  • UKG Pro System Management

    • Maintain and configure UKG Pro modules including Absence and Scheduling.
    • Ensure accurate employee data (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with UKG Support for resolutions.
  • Retail Workforce Support

    • Support scheduling, timekeeping, and labour tracking for retail and warehouse teams.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, break rules, overtime, and scheduling policies.
    • Assist store managers and HR teams with system navigation and issue resolution.

  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop and maintain reports for Store Operations, Payroll, and Labour teams.
    • Analyse labour costs, turnover, staffing levels, and compliance trends.
    • Support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to enhance UKG Pro usage across retail locations.
    • Support system upgrades, new features, and configuration improvements.
    • Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and system changes.
  • Training & User Support

    • Deliver training sessions for store managers, HR teams, and corporate users.
    • Create user guides and quick-reference materials.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience working with UKG Pro.
  • Understanding of retail workforce operations including scheduling, timekeeping, and labor compliance.
  • Strong reporting skills using UKG Pro reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage high-volume data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support users at all levels.
  • Experience working in multi-location or shift-based environments.
