We are bsport. The place to be!
We’re a studio management platform built for boutique fitness and wellness studios, supporting 3,000+ studios globally. Following our €30m Series B, we’ve been scaling rapidly across international markets. As part of the next phase, we’re appointing an experienced Commercial Lead to own our UK&I market, one of our most strategic regions.
This is not a traditional Head of Sales role. This is a regional market ownership position, combining commercial leadership, GTM strategy, and full revenue accountability for one of bsport’s most important and highest-potential markets. The UKI region is already established. Your mandate is to scale it into a high-performance, multi-channel growth engine.
What you will own?
You will be responsible for UKI ARR growth and overall commercial performance, including:
- Driving revenue growth across SMB
- Owning and evolving UKI GTM strategy
- Improving pipeline quality, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
- Optimising CAC and overall commercial efficiency.
- Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
- Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to scale growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
