Diversity Matters

We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.

We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!

Who We Are

You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.

The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

The Role

This role supports how Lush shows up across influencer and creator marketing in the UK and Ireland, playing a key part in the delivery of influencer send-outs, events and always-on activity.

Working closely with the Global Influencer and Digital Content Strategist and Global Influencer Marketing Lead, the role ensures that the influencer marketing strategy is coordinated, consistent and aligned with brand values.

Exploring growth opportunities and supporting the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, including product gifting, content tracking, event coordination and reporting. Supporting the Global Influencer Marketing team as a central point of organisation, the role works cross-functionally with marketing, PR, retail, events and fulfilment teams to help activities run smoothly and on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
