Role Overview
UK/IE Senior Sales Manager
Reporting to the AVP, Global Sales, the UK/IE Senior Sales Manager will lead wholesale partnerships & expansion for UK & Ireland, and will be responsible for all processes related to successfully onboarding, managing & growing our retail partnerships.
This role will be remote & must be based in the UK or Ireland. We will only consider candidates who currently live in the UK or Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Align with global stakeholders on a multi-year retailer pipeline for UK & Ireland across various channels, including but not limited to technology, sporting goods, and health/wellness, by analyzing retail market trends and conducting in-depth retailer diligence.
- Proactively conduct retailer outreach where appropriate, create proposals, lead negotiations, and develop an onboarding plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Legal & xfn teams to execute contracts and establish country level wholesale policies.
- Manage & optimise existing retailer relationships, hosting quarterly business reviews with retailers to review past and forward looking performance, assortment, and marketing levers, as well as ongoing weekly touchpoints.
- Own commercial strategy, retailer level assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and POS in collaboration with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Finance, and Operations.
- Align to quarterly sales targets, reporting on progress, risks & opportunities, as well as aligning to broader company OKRs.
- Coordinate strategy with brand country managers & trade marketing counterparts to collectively grow the WHOOP membership base within the region.
- Own communications internally with respect to pipeline, retailer launch status, and any bottlenecks impacting progress.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales & market expansion, ideally in a dynamic start-up environment with relevant retail experience.
- Fluent in English (required), with exceptional written and verbal communication. Please reference any additional languages in your application.
- Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology ideally.
- Sales professional with experience collaborating across operations, trade compliance, and marketing.
- Brings a mix of a data driven, operational & commercial mindset to the table.
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
- Curious, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field.
- Self-starter; not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be an individual contributor Day 1.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness, health & technology.
- Willingness to travel to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA (up to 50%).
Additional Information
This role is based remotely. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in Ireland or the UK, and be prepared to work from the designated office location as required for the role.

Compensation
At WHOOP, compensation is determined using a global role-leveling framework and objective criteria including role scope, skills, experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. We are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent pay practices that support consistency, internal equity, and career growth across the organization.
The anticipated salary range for this position is £88,000 - £116,000 (if UK based) gross annually. Compensation ranges are established using local market data and benchmarking insights and may vary by geographic location.
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and the requirements of the role. Eligible employees will also receive access to locally applicable benefits programs.
