Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK commercial strategy for the industrial product portfolio.
- Drive profitable growth through direct sales and partner-led channels.
- Identify and convert opportunities with industrial end users, asset owners, engineering companies, contractors, consultants, and system integrators.
- Set partner plans, targets, pipeline objectives, and joint business activities.
- Influence product specifications and manage opportunities through quotation, negotiation, and order conversion.
- Provide technical product guidance, prepare proposals, and deliver customer and partner training.
- Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams.
- Monitor market, customer, competitor, pricing, and channel developments.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Travel throughout the UK as required, including regular customer and partner visits and overnight stays.

- Meet or exceed sales, revenue, margin, and new business targets.
- Build a qualified and sustainable UK sales pipeline across direct and partners.
- Increase partner productivity, market coverage, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce information and provide timely forecasts and action updates.
Requirements
- Technical education or equivalent experience, preferably in electrical engineering or industrial technology.
- Proven experience in industrial product sales, technical sales, business development.
- Success developing sales through direct and indirect routes to market.
- Experience with industrial end users, asset owners, engineering companies, contractors, consultants.
- CRM, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling electrical, industrial, heating, sensing, safety, or related technical products.
- Established relationships with engineering companies, contractors, or industrial end users.
- Knowledge of relevant UK industrial and energy markets.
