Role Overview
The UKVI Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with the requirements of the UK’s immigration system. This includes adhering to UK Visa and Immigration regulations, minimizing immigration risks, supporting audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- To be a Level 1 Registered User with the Home Office SMS portal and maintain strict GDPR regulations for all right to work issues for our team of Sponsored employees.
- To monitor and maintain compliance with all UKVI regulations, reporting all migrant changes, creating and assigning Certificates of Sponsorships.
- To assist with all administration relating to employees' individual circumstances and communication with the Home Office.

Required Experience
- Knowledge of UK Immigration legislation and regulations is essential for this position.
- Experience of managing UKVI sponsorship licences via the portal.
- Experience of conducting right to work checks and processing changes.
