Sales Specialist & Client Relations
We're looking for an accomplished, client-focused sales professional to join our small team at ALS Private. This is a rare opportunity for someone who genuinely understands ultra high net worth clients and has hands on experience arranging ultra-luxury travel.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing role focused primarily on sales generation. Our clients have very high expectations, along with discretion being essential. We're looking for someone highly organised, positive and outgoing, with strong attention to detail who has the ability to work accurately in a time-pressured environment. Extensive experience of ultra-luxury travel, including skiing, is imperative.
This position will cover responsibility for client trips, including overseeing initial confirmation, through to departure, return and follow up. We take a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most unusual requests, with a ‘no request is too difficult’ attitude, and the ability to think creatively under pressure is important.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Manage sales enquiries, delivering a high standard of client service and prompt responses.
- Negotiate with property owners, suppliers and operators while maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare tailored, accurate quotes based on individual client requirements using Safari Portal.
- Speak with clients by phone, respond to enquiries and liaise with them throughout their booking.
- Accurately log all client enquiries, interactions and correspondence in the CRM system, and maintain related spreadsheets and records (contact details, communications, booking updates).
- Compile and manage budgets for client trips.
- Run the weekly sales meeting, collating and presenting financial and sales performance data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
