Be the Welcome.

We're looking for someone special.

The first face people see. The last thing they remember.

An Unbound Host — someone warm, people-first and proud of the details. Making great coffee, welcoming guests, helping people book courts and making everyone who walks through the door feel like they belong.

A genuine love of padel is essential.

Full time and part time host roles available.

About us

Unbound is built for everyone. We have created one of the leading clubs in South Wales, and a unique one with its 15 metres of ceiling height, one of the highest in UK padel, the latest court lighting technology, and the first single court in South Wales.

Padel is what brings people here, and a meaningful community is what keeps them here. This is all about a great place to be, with the best courts, thoughtful coaching, and regular socials where people of all levels can move, connect, and play their game. Our café and retail offering mean you've got what you need under one roof, whether you're here to play, watch, or just be part of something. This is a place where progress matters more than perfection, and everyone belongs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
