About The Role
Hargrave Park School is a one form entry primary school with Under 3’s provision situated in the heart of Archway.
Our school motto is "We Aim High". In September 2025 we formed a federation to work in partnership with Robert Blair School in Caledonian Road. Both are small maintained community schools, committed to working together to ensure high quality, inclusive provision for our children.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Under 3’s Phase Lead for a fixed term maternity cover of one year. You will work under the direction of our Assistant Head teacher for Early Years and Key Stage 1, leading an experienced and well-trained team of Early Years Educators in our Baby and Toddler Rooms. We are looking for a committed practitioner who will demonstrate our school values of: Independence, Respect, Kindness, Ambition and Resilience.
Our setting provides child care and education from 6 months to 3 years; from 8am to 6pm, all year round. The provision was graded as Outstanding in our last OFSTED in November 2023 and is very popular with our community. Many of the children in the provision move into the main school Nursery and Reception. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the provision. You will ensure the provision maintains a stimulating and nurturing environment where caring and positive relationships between children and key workers are built, whilst working in partnership with families.
