The Role
You'll be responsible for assessing and underwriting bridging finance transactions, balancing strong credit judgement with commercial awareness to support profitable portfolio growth.
Working closely with brokers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in originating and structuring deals while helping the business continue its impressive growth trajectory.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and underwriting bridging loan applications
- Reviewing valuation, QS, and monitoring surveyor reports
- Evaluating risk, security, and deal structure
- Building strong relationships with brokers and professional introducers
- Supporting portfolio performance and risk management
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives

About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Bridging finance or commercial property lending experience
- Strong underwriting and risk assessment skills
- The ability to balance credit quality with commercial opportunity
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- A proactive approach and desire to contribute beyond their immediate role
