About the Company

Leading international insurer delivering property, casualty, life and specialty insurance solutions to clients worldwide.

About the Role

Manage renewal portfolios across Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks for life sciences clients, from mid-market businesses to multinational programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Built and maintained strong broker and client relationships, supporting retention, growth and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborated with underwriting, claims, risk engineering and distribution teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Contributed to portfolio performance through disciplined underwriting and risk assessment.
  • Ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, policy standards and internal governance processes.
  • Supported multinational programmes and cross-functional initiatives within a specialist commercial insurance environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of the insurance market with experience managing broker and client relationships.
  • Exposure to the Life Sciences sector is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the confidence to make informed decisions independently.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and expanding both technical and commercial expertise.
  • Solid Property & Casualty underwriting experience, with knowledge of Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks considered advantageous.
  • Experience supporting multinational programmes is desirable.
