RingCentral - Unified Communications Engineer
Duration: 2 Months Initially
Rate: £Inside IR35 Quotes
Location: Remote Working
Overview
We're looking for an experienced Unified Communications Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and migration of RingCentral solutions across a range of customer environments. The successful candidate will have experience delivering voice and collaboration projects, working closely with customers to implement and migrate cloud telephony platforms. Whilst RingCentral experience is preferred, candidates with strong experience across platforms such as Mitel, Cisco, Gamma, 8x8, or Microsoft Teams Voice will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure RingCentral cloud telephony solutions.
- Support customer migrations from legacy or alternative telephony platforms.
- Configure call routing, hunt groups, auto attendants, and user profiles.
- Assist with number porting and telephony cutover activities.
- Provide customer up-skill for RingCentral deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment support.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Produce deployment documentation and handover materials.
- Support multiple concurrent customer projects.
