Unified Communications Technician

We are looking for a Unified Communications Technician to join a busy telecoms and connectivity team. You'll play a key role in delivering, supporting and maintaining voice and data solutions for business customers, combining hands-on installations with remote technical support and fault resolution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and configuring VoIP and hosted voice systems
  • Supporting broadband, fibre, leased line and connectivity services
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical assistance
  • Troubleshooting network, telephony and hardware issues
  • Working with suppliers and carriers to resolve service faults
  • Supporting project delivery and customer onboarding activities
  • Maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket updates

Essential Skills

  • Telecoms, VoIP or Unified Communications experience
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of connectivity technologies and business communications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage support tickets within agreed service levels
