The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to support the efficient movement, storage, and rotation of goods within our warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accepting inbound goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and operating material handling equipment.
If you’re proactive, organised, and experienced with mechanical handling equipment, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive within a well-established and supportive team.
The hours of work for this role are 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off
Your Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and verifying incoming goods
- Ensuring stock is stored accurately and rotated properly
- Operating mechanical handling equipment, including Reach and Counterbalance trucks
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas in line with health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate
- A full UK driving licence, not essential
- Reach truck licence is essential
- Counterbalance truck licence is desirable
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team spirit and a proactive work ethic
