About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer with strong commercial mobile game development experience and a track record of shipping titles on iOS and Android.

You will play a key role in developing our mobile games, working closely with design, art, technical art, backend, and product teams to take features from concept through to release.

This is a hands-on senior position. You will be expected to write high-quality production code, make sound technical decisions, help solve complex development challenges and contribute to the overall architecture and quality of the project.

You should be comfortable owning significant features and systems while also supporting other developers and helping establish strong development practices across the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining mobile games in Unity and C# for iOS and Android.
  • Taking ownership of major gameplay features and technical systems from initial design through to release.
  • Working closely with designers, artists and technical artists to turn ideas into performant, polished game features.
  • Designing scalable, maintainable systems suitable for a live mobile product.
  • Integrating backend services, APIs, analytics and third-party SDKs.
  • Supporting online functionality, player accounts, progression and live game systems.
  • Optimising CPU, GPU, memory, loading times and application size across a broad range of mobile devices.
  • Profiling and debugging issues across both iOS and Android hardware.
  • Contributing to architecture, coding standards and engineering best practices.
  • Reviewing code and providing technical guidance to other developers.
  • Helping improve development workflows, tools and build processes.
  • Supporting releases, updates and ongoing development of live products.
  • Working with QA and product teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
