University & Community Outreach Lead

About Us
The Wentworth Black Group (WBG) is a holding company building ventures that solve real problems. NurseFlex is our flagship a healthcare staffing platform connecting nurses and support workers with shifts across the UK. We're early-stage, moving fast, and building the team that will take us to market.
The Role
We're looking for a hungry, well-connected outreach lead to build partnerships with universities, student societies, and community organisations. Your job is to get NurseFlex in front of the right people students looking for flexible support worker roles and organisations that can amplify our reach.
This is a commission-based contractor role. You eat what you kill.
Your Mission
- Society Outreach (PRIORITY) - Build relationships with university societies (nursing, healthcare, volunteering, career-focused). Get us featured in their newsletters, events, WhatsApp groups, and socials.
- Student Recruitment (PRIORITY) - Identify and attract students who want flexible support worker shifts through NurseFlex. Drive sign-ups and activations.
- Charity & Community Outreach - Connect with charities and community groups aligned with healthcare and social care. Create partnerships that drive awareness and referrals.
- Audience Research - Conduct deep research into who our target candidates are, where they spend time online, and what messaging resonates. Find influencers and pages open to reposting our content.
- Reposting & Amplification — Identify accounts, pages, and groups willing to share NurseFlex content. Build a network of amplifiers.

What We Expect
- Build a pipeline of society and community partnerships within the first 30 days
- Deliver measurable results — sign-ups, activations, partnership agreements
- Weekly reports on outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion
- Be proactive — don't wait to be told what to do
Contract Details
- 6-month initial contract
- Commission-based compensation
- 2 days per week in-office (London)
