This is a 12-month paid internship starting September 2027. The role is head office based requiring a minimum of 2 days a week to be worked from our office in Winnersh.

Introducing the Opportunity

Clinical Development Operations works to accelerate the delivery of breakthrough therapies that can transform patients’ lives. As a Clinical Trial Feasibility Coordinator, you will support the UK and Ireland team in assessing whether sites and investigators are suitable for upcoming clinical trials. You will gather and analyse information, maintain feasibility records and help organise responses from potential trial sites. Your work will provide practical insights that support trial placement decisions and give you first-hand experience of how clinical trials are planned from the earliest stages.

What You Will Do

  • Use digital tools and secure data environments to support country- and site-level feasibility assessments.
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards for feasibility activities.
  • Support the Clinical Development Operations team in assessing sites and investigators for upcoming clinical trials.
  • Gather, analyse and present information from multiple sources, and prepare materials for investigator or feasibility meetings.
  • Distribute, collect and organise expressions of interest and site feasibility questionnaires to inform trial placement decisions.

What You Will Gain

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
