Number of opportunities: 2

Salary: £26,000 (Not flexible) Closing date: 26/10/2026

These are 12-month paid internships starting September 2027. The roles are head office based requiring a minimum of 2 days a week to be worked from our office in Winnersh.

Introducing the Opportunity

Customer Experience brings together teams that help the organisation understand customers, build workforce capability and improve how we engage across channels. During this internship, you will contribute to practical projects across Customer Facing Experience, Data, Insights & Analytics, and Learning & Development. You will work with colleagues across the business to improve customer engagement, maintain reliable data, support learning programmes and communicate useful insights. The role offers a varied introduction to customer experience in a global pharmaceutical company, while giving you meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to build analytical, digital, communication and project-management skills.

What You Will Do

  • Support customer engagement projects designed to help our external customer-facing colleagues work as effectively as possible. This may include supporting account excellence, incentive schemes, tracking and reporting activities, and omnichannel initiatives such as campaign performance analysis.
  • Help maintain data quality by checking and cleaning data, managing data-quality tickets and updating Data Lakehouse documentation.
  • Assist with market research coordination, non-trial activity processes and selected Python application development, including user-experience design, data transformation and coding.
  • Support Learning & Development communications, learning pathways, internal intranet content, training curricula and evaluation reporting.
  • Analyse internal and external information, create clear materials from complex sources and contribute ideas, tools and solutions that the team can test and learn from.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
