This volunteer role focuses on securing skilled student talent, finding volunteers, and unlocking university resources to boost our community impact.
What difference will you make?
By taking on this role, you will be the bridge that connects our organisation with huge university resources. You will not be doing the heavy lifting alone; you will be setting up systems that allow hundreds of students to support our cause. It is the perfect role if you have at least more than 3 years of experience in communication or project management.

What will you be doing?
- Build a contact list - Search university websites to find names and emails for 3 specific departments: Careers, Student Unions, and Business/Marketing faculties.
- Draft outreach emails - Write and send introductory emails using our templates to introduce our organisation to those contacts.
- Post volunteer ads - Fill out online forms on university job boards (like Handshake or TargetConnect) to advertise our volunteer roles.
- Coordinate student inquiries - Reply to students who email us expressing interest and pass them on to our internal team.
- Book university rooms - Submit simple venue-hire forms to request free meeting spaces for our local community events.
- Log contact details - Update a simple spreadsheet with names, emails, and dates.
