Want to play a key role in bringing the next generation of talent into one of the world's biggest entertainment businesses? We're looking for a University Placements Coordinator to join a busy Early Careers team for a 6 month temp role supporting the delivery of a high-volume internship programme across this iconic global entertainment business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people and is comfortable working with a high level of self-motivation, organisation and pace. You will need stamina to work through volume applications and an eagle eye for spotting the superstar hires of the future!
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of a large-scale university placement programme, with 90+ hires across a wide range of roles
- Reviewing and progressing high volumes of applications, resumes, cover letters and video interviews
- Coordinating interviews, presentations and online selection activity, keeping candidates and hiring teams on track
- Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to make sure every stage of the process runs smoothly
- Creating a great candidate experience from first application to joining day
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment processes, best practice and on-boarding

We're looking for someone who...
- Has experience in early careers, university placements, talent acquisition, recruitment agency or a similar high-volume environment
- Is highly organised and genuinely enjoys keeping lots of moving parts under control
- Has excellent attention to detail and can prioritise when things get busy
- Is confident communicating with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels
- Has experience using an ATS, ideally SmartRecruiters, and is comfortable picking up new systems
- Is proactive, collaborative and happy to roll up their sleeves when the pace picks up
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Location: Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid, with Tuesday in the office and four days working from home
Contract: 6 months Temp/Agency Worker
