We're seeking an ambitious and motivated undergraduate to join our Belfast team for a paid placement commencing early October 2026 until June 2027.
Our undergraduate placement student will become an active member of the team, supporting the Chief Executive directly, contributing to real projects, engaging with clients and brokers, and gaining first-hand exposure to how commercial lending decisions are made.

Senior Management Team
Role Overview
This placement has been designed to give students practical experience across multiple areas of a specialist finance business.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to commercial lending, business development, marketing, operations, property and relationship management while working directly with experienced professionals. Full training and mentoring will be provided during this unique placement.
