The Role

As a University Recruiter at Veeva, you will be a critical growth driver for our Consultant Development Program (CDP) across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain.

In this role, you will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction, source diverse early career talent, build relationships with leading European institutions, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience. You will operate with speed, focus, and a high level of individual accountability—embodying our core values of Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.

What You'll Do

  • Proactive Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent across Western Europe. Direct sourcing, referral channels, and targeted outreach in partnership with Talent Marketing
  • Assessment & Regional Alignment: Review and process candidate applications
  • Campus Partnerships & Events: Plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus info sessions across target locations to position Veeva as an employer of choice
  • Community & Referral Pipeline: Build and nurture a dedicated, long-term referral pipeline across internal employee networks, university alumni groups, and student organizations
  • Pre-boarding & Candidate Engagement: Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date. Host monthly candidate touchpoints, facilitate cohort networking, and maximize early network visibility
  • Continuous Improvement: Embody our Care, Notice, Act philosophy by continuously evaluating sourcing channels, iterating digital campaigns, and optimizing hiring processes to keep things simple and highly effective

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets
  • Location: Must be based and work-authorized in the United Kingdom
  • Execution Mindset: Relentless focus on execution, focus, and operational excellence. You take pride in moving fast with accuracy
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and humble communication style with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Data & Process Focus: Comfortable using candidate assessment tools, tracking metrics, and driving structured weekly pipeline stand-ups

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services
  • Familiarity with regional university ecosystems across Western Europe
  • Experience partnering closely with Talent Marketing to build digital talent campaigns
