About the Role
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be part of our Automotive team, to teach and assess across a range of programmes. You will plan, deliver and assess identified vocational programmes including commercial activities and drive developments within the area, supporting trainees to achieve on a range of programmes.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants will ideally hold a relevant degree or equivalent in Motor Vehicle or related subjects and have industrial experience alongside an appropriate teaching qualification. The College welcomes applications from vocational specialists who desire to pursue a career in further education and is therefore prepared to offer training for individuals to gain a recognised teaching qualification alongside this role.

Key Requirements
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and driven
- Strong sense of autonomy
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of targets
- Working knowledge and experience within the areas of Motor Vehicle to deliver training up to a Level 3 standard
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Teach across a range of Motor Vehicle courses and modules aligned to their occupational skillset
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessments to learners
- Demonstrate innovative teaching and learning
- Use excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners to succeed

Commitment
This post carries a commitment of up to 828 delivery hours with flexibility to carry out assessments of apprentices as and when required.
