Job Description
We are looking for a UE Developer, specialising in Unreal Engine, to work with us on the delivery of key projects aiming to push the engine to the limit within the architectural space. This opportunity would suit a candidate who is technically strong in Unreal Engine, Blueprints, Python, and C++. Experience in real-time rendering, interactive visualisations, or performance optimisation is desirable but not essential. A passion for real-time technology and excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills is key, as is having the confidence to liaise directly with clients, consultants, and architects whilst working as part of our valued team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Skills & Experience
Unreal Engine & Core Architecture (Required)
- Engine Development: Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine (UE5) and readiness for UE 6.0 for building full-scale, interactive applications. Requires deep expertise in Blueprints (essential) alongside C++ and Python for modular code architecture and engine extension.
- Tools & Procedural Pipelines: Design and build custom internal production tools, automation scripts, and procedural systems, utilising Unreal PCG to automate and streamline artists' workflows.
- Performance & Optimisation: Profile, benchmark, and debug real-time application performance on target PC hardware. Apply memory management, draw-call reduction, and frame-rate optimisation strategies.
- Engine AI & Automation: Code and integrate AI agent behaviours, logic workflows, and automated testing/execution features directly within the engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
