What we require:
- You have an excellent university degree or are about to complete your studies in a relevant field.
- You have already gained relevant practical experience, depending on the level you are aiming for.
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high level of ownership.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and present yourself confidently in a consulting environment when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You are highly motivated, eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
