About ADP
At ADP, we're helping businesses transform how they manage their people. As one of the world's leading providers of Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, HR, Time and Workforce Management solutions, we empower organisations to operate more efficiently, remain compliant, and create better employee experiences.
We're looking for ambitious, results-driven Account Executives to join our UK SMB team. This is a true full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing a defined territory, and closing new business with organisations of 150-349 employees. Whether you're winning new logos or expanding relationships within existing accounts, you'll play a critical role in driving ADP's growth while building a successful sales career with a global market leader.
What You'll Do
Own Your Territory
Manage and grow a defined territory by identifying high-potential accounts, profiling key decision-makers, and executing targeted outbound campaigns. You'll build strategic account plans designed to generate new business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
Drive Full-Cycle Sales
Own the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close. You'll maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
