Upgrades and Retentions Executive

Connect Fibre Work from Home

£26,000 + Commission + Benefits (OTE £40,000)

Connect Fibre is an exciting business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to customers across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service (Trustpilot 4.8/5), and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential.

The role

As a Customer Retention & Upgrades Executive, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers, securing contract renewals and identifying relevant upgrade and add-on opportunities across Connect Fibre’s product range.

You will speak to customers who are approaching the end of their contract, considering cancellation, reviewing competitor offers or looking to change their service. Your role is to understand the real reason behind their enquiry, provide clear and accurate information, and recommend the most suitable outcome for both the customer and Connect Fibre.

This is a commercially focused role, not a script-led customer-service position. You will need to be confident discussing price, value, products and competitor comparisons, while always delivering a high-quality and compliant customer experience.

You will also support retention activity linked to One Touch Switch (OTS). This includes understanding the customer switching journey, managing switch-related conversations appropriately, identifying suitable retention opportunities and ensuring customers receive accurate information about their service, contract status and available options.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
