Prebook Recruitment is working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Ealing to recruit an enthusiastic Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher for a permanent position starting in September 2026.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons while supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Planning and delivering creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Creating an inclusive classroom where every pupil feels able to participate.
  • Using assessment and feedback to identify next steps in learning.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and additional needs.
  • Establishing clear expectations and positive classroom routines.
  • Encouraging pupils to develop independence, resilience and confidence.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and other teachers.
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
  • Contributing to enrichment activities and wider school life.

What We're Looking For

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Have secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
  • Be enthusiastic, organised and creative.
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Be committed to inclusive teaching and supporting individual needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
