Inspire Medical are recruiting Urgent Care Physicians for a brand-new, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic opening in West London in December. You’ll assess and treat patients aged 12 months and over who present with minor illnesses and injuries, working alongside nursing, radiology and administrative colleagues.

Key Duties

  • Assess, diagnose and manage minor illnesses and injuries
  • Interpret X-rays and manage musculoskeletal injuries and fractures
  • Provide initial care for minor orthopaedic injuries and perform procedures such as suturing
  • Maintain clear clinical records and deliver patient-focused care

Experience Required

  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • NHS or HSE experience essential
  • Experience or a strong interest in urgent care, emergency medicine or general practice
  • Confidence assessing minor injuries and interpreting X-rays
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Irish or UK clinical experience and paediatric experience are advantageous

Hours and Salary

  • Full-time: An average of 38 hours per week, with an annual salary of £92,000, comprising £82,000 basic salary plus £10,000 London weighting
  • Part-time: 26.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £57,187
  • Shifts rostered within clinic opening hours of 10am–10pm
  • No night shifts
