US and International Casualty Claims Manager
Location: London
Position: Full time, permanent
We are seeking an experienced US and International Casualty Claims Manager to lead a high-performing claims team handling complex casualty claims across our international portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical claims leader who is passionate about people development, delivering outstanding customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of casualty claims professionals.
- Oversee the handling of complex US and International Casualty claims.
- Provide technical guidance on coverage, liability, reserving, and litigation matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, coverholders, TPAs, legal partners, and underwriters.
- Drive continuous improvement, performance management, and best practice claims handling.
- Support portfolio performance through effective claims insights and stakeholder engagement.

About You
- Extensive experience handling US and/or International Casualty claims.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong technical casualty claims expertise and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Credibility in the London and Lloyd's market and a practical understanding of delegated business.
- Willingness to travel and attend client and market events.
- ACII, CII or a similar professional qualification.
