The Role
We are looking for a Collaborations Manager - US to support the growth of Oh Polly’s collaborations across the US market.
You will be responsible for identifying and managing exciting partnership opportunities with talent, influencers, celebrities, brands and cultural partners. You will manage collaborations from initial idea through to launch, working closely with the wider Brand, Creative, Marketing, Product, Social and PR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Oh Polly’s US collaborations strategy.
- Identify relevant talent, influencers, celebrities, brands and cultural partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key US contacts.
- Work across collaborations from initial outreach through to launch and post-campaign review.
- Develop collaboration ideas and partnership proposals alongside the wider team.
- Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop campaigns and launch plans.
- Support Product teams on co-branded, limited-edition and exclusive product opportunities.
- Manage communication with external partners and ensure deliverables are clearly agreed and delivered.
- Manage negotiations around fees, usage rights, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage collaboration timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with PR, Social and Influencer teams to maximise collaboration impact.
- Stay up to date with US fashion, celebrity, social and cultural trends.
- Track collaboration performance and share learnings with the wider team.
- Attend relevant US events, meetings and activations as required.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in collaborations, partnerships, talent, influencer marketing, brand marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the US fashion, celebrity, influencer and social landscape.
- Experience managing external relationships and creative projects.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially aware with the ability to understand budgets and campaign performance.
- Strong creative eye and understanding of what makes a successful collaboration.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across the US as required.
