US Corporate Tax Manager - visa sponsorship provided to candidates in the US
We are working closely with a well established yet growing practice within the US tax space to build out their corporate tax offering further. There is appetite to bring on 2 experienced US corporate tax professionals to manage US corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio of Partnerships and Corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of US tax compliance services through providing expert tax planning and advisory services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Work with Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates to ensure the work is appropriately delegated and client deadlines are met
- Ensure that complex US Corporate and Partnership tax returns are accurately reviewed
- Support, mentor and develop junior team members in their professional and personal growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will:
- be well experienced in the US corporate tax space within Practice, working with international clients and be either US CPA or EA qualified
- ideally have Private Equity and/or Venture Capital Fund exposure
- have a strong understanding of tax laws applicable to US partnerships and corporations
- enjoy coaching a team and delivering high-quality tax services.
