Fully Remote (US based)

We've partnered with Reformed, one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands, who are now looking to hire their first US Influencer & Partnerships Manager to help scale the US market.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and own Reformed's US partnerships and creator strategy from the ground up, shaping how the brand collaborates with creators, ambassadors and strategic partners to drive both customer acquisition and long-term brand growth.

The Role

As the US Influencer marketing executive, you'll own the entire partnerships strategy across creators, influencers, ambassadors and strategic brand collaborations.

This isn't simply about managing influencer campaigns. You'll build the systems, relationships and commercial strategy that turn partnerships into one of Reformed's most valuable growth channels.

Working closely with the founders and wider growth team, you'll have the autonomy to build the function, test new ideas and create a creator ecosystem that supports both paid acquisition and long-term brand awareness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
